A seasoned educator with 30 years of experience in Art, Design Technology, Construction, and Hospitality, has dedicated the last six years as Head of Careers across a multi-academy trust. Recognising the gap between academic achievement and real-world skills, Adele champions Career Education to equip students with resilience, problem-solving, and employability skills. With a PG Certificate in Careers Leadership and Management, she has successfully implemented strategies and initiatives to improve standards and student resilience. Passionate about making a difference, Adele is embarking on this new project to leverage her skills and passion to foster meaningful connections between industries, schools, and students.

Anita Wilsher
25 years in the recruitment sector has help identify a gap in the market for meaningful work experience taster sessions for students. Recognising the importance of practical experience in transitioning to employment, she co-founded All-Inspired. This initiative offers immersive work taster sessions across various career fields, providing students with valuable insights into potential job roles. Anita’s extensive experience and commitment to career education and future employment are instrumental in driving this project, with the aim of equipping students with the necessary ambition for their future careers.
