Established in 2002, our client is looking for a Forklift Truck Driver with an Aisle Master Flexi Licence to join their existing experienced warehouse team.  Working within a modern distribution centre in Rotherham.  They produce innovate and premium products and the successful candidate will be as passionate, dedicated, enthusiastic, with a high level of attention to detail and pride in the job they do.

Your duties will involve driving a flexi forklift truck and performing warehouse duties including picking, packing and preparing products to be sent out, loading, unloading, ensuring accurate quantity, type, and finish. Ensuring products are safely unloaded, accurately picked and packed and ready for despatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating the flexi forklift truck in a safe and efficient manner

- Performing warehouse operative work when not driving the FLT

- Ensuring that all products are stored safely and securely

- Maintaining accurate stock records

- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

​

Requirements:

- A valid Aisle Master Flexi FLT Licence

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Willingness to learn, develop and progress your career

​

This role is Monday to Friday with no shift or weekend work expected, other than stock takes or ad hoc requirements.  After an initial probationary period, for the right candidate this position will go permanent.

Details:

Salary: £10.50 - £12 per hour pending experience

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Duration: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate

Pension: Up to 8% matched employer contributions with death in service up to 7 times salary

 

Holiday: 20 days + stats, increasing by 1 day per years’ service to a max 25.
